Requirements:

Min. holds Bachelor Degree in or related disciplines preferably in Bussiness Administration / Finance, Accounting, Management or any related discipline.Male, 28 – 40 years old Min 3 years experience in the same position (Plasma) and experience in palm oil plantation industry is a must.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressureGood administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must.Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire.Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.Work based on Jakarta & willing business trip to estate.

Responsibility:

Handle and control all matters of plasma scheme related to finance and accounting data; and handle purchasing FFB with other plantation parties;Understanding and knowledgeable of plasma scheme & FFB;Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.If you are interested in taking up above challenging career required & qualifications,
